I need to take the door apart and dont want to tear up all the trim, push something left that comes off easy to the right, or screw up the power windows, you know the drill etc...

I doubt that there are any comprehensive instructions available for that trim panel removal. If you have no experience with that type of operation,it will be frustrating.It would be wise to have someone help out who's been there and done that.
