The best ones are here http://www.soaps.com/rss/spoilers because they update daily. You can set up to get the Microsoft feeds directly on your computer if you use IE. The info about Nicki & David having sex is on there today.

I just type in Y&R spoilers,and there are at least half a dozen sites that pop up.
