Nothing.
Canada does not even count in the world.
It is almost a Third World Country.
Even France makes fun of it.

I think what bothers Dubya the most is when he is ignored.
George H. W. Bush on the other hand hated the Kennedy brothers John and Robert which is why he was in Dallas in 11-22-1963. A fact that I have learned from a recently unclassified FBI memo dated 11-22-63.
