In Greek Mythology, goddesses were all portrayed as beautiful, although it had a lot to do with the eye of the artisan. What we see as the images of the goddesses were all the work of sculpters and painters and what they perceived as beautiful. Oftentimes the image of the goddesses were the images of the models used by the artists.

The three goddesses that were in the beauty contest that eventually led to the Trojan war were Athena, Hera, and Aphrodite.
But I'm sure that nearly all the goddesses were supposed to be beautiful.

Well, there's Aphrodite, for one. xD She's /the/ goddess of love and beauty.
I'm partial to Artemis but I don't know if she's beautiful.
They're all beautiful, I think, because they're deities.
