I was wondering because, I've seen Full metal panic but I havent seen Full Metal Alchemist. I was just wondering if these two series were doing something similar Yu-Gi-Oh and Yu-Gi-Oh GX? or are the completly different animes that just have similar names?? Just curious. Also does anyone know about a fourth season of Full Metal panic??

The two stories are utterly unrelated. Full Metal Panic is about a mercenary who protects a latent genius in Japan, Full Metal Alchemist is about a pair of brothers who are trying to rebuild their lives after conducting forbidden alchemy experiments in an alternate history Germany around 1914.

Full Metal Panic and Full Metal Alchemist are not related to each other in any way.
Full Metal Alchemist is about two brothers, Ed and Al looking for the alchemist stone.
Yu-gi-oh and Yu-gi-oh GX are related. GX is not a continuation of yu-gi-oh.

Well, I heard there is a manga called Full Metal Panic! Sigma but people don't know yet if it is gonna become an anime
