Has anyone tried to press a sunflower? Any tricks?

They are fairly small for sunflowers...

I think they are too beefy to press. You can press the petals, but I don't think it's possible to press the whole flower. I could be wrong though.

It will be almost impossible to press sunflowers, they are way to fleshy and thick!
