6x^2 + x = 0
x(6x + 1) = 0

When a product is zero, it means that either term will be zero, so there are two solutions:

(a) x=0

(b) (6x + 1) = 0 --> x = -1/6

The two solutions are x=0 and x=-1/6

6x^2+x=0
<=> x(6x+1) = 0
<=> x= 0 or 6x+1 =0
<=> x=0 or 6x= -1
<=> x=0 or x= -1/6
