The mets are currently 2 games up on the Braves with a 36-28 record, however they are 1-9 in their last 10 and have only won 2 of their last 12, they also are in a 5 game losing streak. Last time the teams met the Mets won the series 2 games to 1. Will the Yankee under achieving of the season continue and the mets turn it around, or will the Yankees continue the newly started hot streak and take advantage of the slumping mets. Also keep in mind the mets have an off day today before the series starts tomorrow, giving Willie Randolph time to get his team motivated.

Well the good thing is that the mets have three of their best on the mound against clemens, clippard and wang. The mets put out perez, glavine, and hernandez. i like the mets in games one two. Another thing yankee fans are scum , ever since rodriguez has been a member of this yankees they insulted him booed him and begged to trade him now everyone love him and hates rivera now. Yankee fans are phonies!!!! go mets!

Doesn't look good for the Mets. They're playing the series at Yankee Stadium, and the Yank's are red hot right now. I think they're going to use this series to make a statement, that they're back. The Met's will need a miracle to take 2 of the 3.

I really really hope that Willie will be able to fix whatever problems the Mets have been having and get the team back to what they are capable of . Nothing would make me forgive them than beating the yankees 2-1 again... A sweep would be too good to be true. Yes, it's gonna be hard, but the Met CAN do this... they just have to go out there with all the fire and spirit and copetitive attitude that they can!!!!!

It does not look good for the Mets. The Yankees are clicking on all cylinders as of late and will take 2 if not all 3 this weekend.

You better hope the Braves and the Phillies lose because the Yankees are gonna role over your sorry Metasses. Good Luck after that though. Maybe we'll see you in the WS.

Well the way the two teams have been playing lately it could easily be a sweep of the Mets. I would love for the Mets to turn it around right now and sweep them but I only think the Mets will win one...I am hoping for a sweep though so go Mets!

NOT!!! Sorry not gonna happen,This time their on our Tuff, and the Yanks are hot!! They Know they still have alot of work to do to catch up with the Sox! And don't think having a day off is gonna help,Sometimes that's more of a handicap then it is a Plus! Plus the yanks want payback, for the last series we played with you guys,(we only took one) We're on a roll now,and that's where we're gonna stay!!
