I was on the pill the past 3 months but wasnt taking it correctly. I wasnt really good at remembering to take the pill. I stop taking it this last month and my last menstrual cycle was on 5/17. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on 5/28 and 6/8. Am I at a higher risk to be pregnant since I stopped taking the pill and had sex about a week after my period? Mind you, that we already have a 3 year old daughter and I feel we are ready for another baby.

My husband and I got pregnant almost immediately after I came off my birth control. I came off of it when I had my period and then I never had another period after that. You had sex around the time you could be ovulating, but I am not sure if your risk is necessarily higher - but either way it is possible you got pregnant. I would be prepared and if your last period started on the 17th of May, you should be able find out if you got pregnant pretty soon - Good luck!

You're at higher risk than someone taking the pill, of course, but not at higher risk than anyone else having sex without birth control. It does sound like you had sex during the average "fertile time window" of day 11 through day 16, so I'd say you have a pretty good chance of getting pregnant.

you're at risk for becoming pregnant anytime you have unprotected sex. If you've recently started BC then you're more likely to become pregnant. but if you've been taking it for more than 3 months, i think you're in the safe zone. But of course some women do get pregnant while on the pill so it's hard to say. Take a pregnancy test when you miss your period.

It usually take woman a few months to get pregnant after stopping the pill. Your pretty low risk for getting pregnant right now. Try waiting a few months, track your period wile you wait so you can time your ovulation. (make a babyzone.com account, its free and will help you figure out when your ovulation.) Good luck.-halo

there is an more advantageous threat considering that whilst a guy ejaculates his penis gets a sprint smaller whether he would not bypass comfortable. additionally with sperm interior the condom that is going to lubricate the interior the condom inflicting it to slide off on a similar time as interior you. this helps the sperm to go into you and get you pregnant. He needs to stop and alter condoms after he ejaculates and wipe his dick off until now he places the hot one on.
