It can happen off and on from time to time when you breastfeed just make sure you get your breasts emptied out and try compresses. Sorry hun it can sometimes be a part of breastfeeding for awhile depending on the circumstances.

Ow, I remember this...very painful. I use to lie down on the lounge with some frozen washers over them. As much as I wanted to express I didnt as the nurse told me the more I express the more milk I will produce. Its okay if you do it a little but dont express too much.
Also just keep an eye out for any lumps and massage these as it could turn into mastitis which can be very painful and make you sick....I experience this at week 6 because I too was very engorged.
Best of luck to you, it should settle within a couple of days.

Stop pumping! I know it gives you relief at the time, but it is telling your body to produce more milk!! Try nursing your baby every time you start feeling engorged (yes, it will feel as if your baby is always at the breast).
My breasts felt like they were engorged forever after the birth of my third son, but it eventually went away...hang in there!!

take a shower with very warm water and let the water hit them for a little while and try to massage them by putting some pressure on them toward the nipple area (i know is gonna hurt) The same thing happened to me and by doing that it made it easier for the milk to come out, they were leaking right after the shower, u'll have to pump maybe 2-3 times before all the pain goes away but after the first time u'll feel much better.. Good Luck sweety!!

Give it a couple weeks and your body will figure out what your little one needs. Try a hot bath and a little bit of hand expressing instead of the pump, unless you are going to store the milk. This way your body learns the true demand.

It will stop soon once your body gets used to making the milk your baby actually needs I was like that for about 2 weeks and then I felt empty but that's copletely normal.

As long as your breast feeding, they will be sore. Especially in the mornings, your breasts will tell you when your need to feed, but if it is before feeding time, pumping always helps.

maybe another week, try not to pump off milk, only do this if you are desperate because your breast will continue to make this amount. try putting cabbage leaves in your bra, i dont know why but it helped me!
