In the federal government there are 435 members in the legislature and 100 in the senate, then there is the president and vice president. State and local governments have their own offices so that number could only be found by looking up all the states legislatures etc.

The President was "installed" by the Chief Architect, because of the gullible Americans. Therefore you need to count this one out!
