I don't think there's any such thing as a genuine Rolex, new condition, cheap. Although I guess it depends on how you define cheap. I consider a $6000-$8000 watch to be expensive, even if I could find a discount on it.

NYC, but of course you said "genuine" so that would probably leave Dubai, or a really high-end resale watch store.
Rolex is perceived as anything but cheap...at a discount perhaps from retail?
An interesting place to ask this question in the finance section where all the bankers and investors lurk.
