How do you apply eye liner so your eyes look really slanty without looking like a raccoon?

Liquid eyeliner, and alot of practice. First you start off with a nice eyeshadow base. (Benefit has an awesome one) Then you start with a line from the inner part of your eyelid to the end of your eyelid. For that cat eye look pass the corner of your eyelid. For a more dramatic look try to thicken the eyeliner. Also add some white eyeshadow to the base of your brow. Remember Eyelashes!! Fake ones are awesome for a night look.
