No single treatment has proved to make colic go away. But there are ways to make life easier for both you and your colicky baby. First, if your baby is not hungry, don't try to continue the feeding. Instead, try to console your little one — you won't be "spoiling" the baby with the attention. You can also:
Walk with your baby or sit in a rocking chair, trying various positions.
Try burping your baby more often during feedings.
Place your baby across your lap on his or her belly and rub your baby's back.
Put your baby in a swing. The motion may have a soothing effect.
Put your baby in an infant seat in the back of the car and go for a ride. The vibration and movement of the car are often calming.
Play music tapes — some babies respond to sound as well as movement.
Caring for a colicky baby can be extremely frustrating, so be sure to take care of yourself, too. Don't blame yourself or your baby for the constant crying — colic is nobody's fault. Try to relax, and remember that your baby will eventually outgrow this phase.

Unfortunately there really aren't any remedies for colic because it's not an actual illness. Colic is basically a catch-all category for "the baby is crying and we don't know why." It could be any number of things causing it, usually some sort of pain or discomfort that you can't see. Just do your best to comfort your baby and, if possible, try to figure out what is wrong. Digestive issues are a common culprit, so if you've made any changes to your baby's milk lately you might consider that. Listen to your baby though and go to the doctor if you think something might really be wrong. Babies don't cry without a reason...just because you can't figure out the reason since they don't use words doesn't mean there isn't one. Just love on your baby and give them comfort as best you can.

Noone knows exactly what causes colic, therefore, noone will know how to cure it. If your baby is crying and crying and you can't figure out why, just do what I did... look for the tag on their clothes and just give it a light scratch. Also, check the area around their diaper where the diaper rubs against the skin, it may be too tight or scratchy. Maybe your baby has thrush, the little white yeast infection on the tongue, that can be really painful for them.... or maybe he/she just misses the womb. What ever it is, if you have already tried everything, then you can feel rest assured, that its okay to put your baby down in the bed and walk away, if in 15-20 minutes baby is still crying, then try it all again. Baby will also go by your feelings. If you are stressed your baby will notice and will not feel safe and secure like she/he should. Try handing the baby to someone else if your are really stressed out.
God bless you and your family.

My baby cried non-stop for the first month of his life. When I told his pediatrician what was going on, and explained that he kept arching his back, she told me that it was acid reflux and prescribed Prevacid. It was a difference of night & day.
My cousin is a head nurse in the NICU (neo-natal intensive care unit) at the local hospital. After I told her my story, she told me that doctors don't use the term "colic" anymore.
They have found that babies who would have been previously diagnosed with "colic" are now being diagnosed with Acid Reflux.

You may want to try probiotics (they're the same live culture that's in yogurt). New studies are showing they may lead the way to colic relief in as many as 75% of cases. Here's an article: http://www.nutraingredients-usa.com/news/ng.asp?n=73215-biogaia-probiotic-reuteri-colic

Holding your baby close to you, with your hand on the back or belly, so long as their belly is snug against yours, usually helped my daughter enough so that we both could get some sleep. And mylicon drops from the store help, if nothing else, if your baby is old enough to drink juice and eat baby foods, give them a little coke. It causes them to bump and relieve pressure on their tummy.
