First, I would suggest you stick with one color or variety of guppies, the harder to find in your area the better. To make use of 5 tanks I would do it this way: One 10-15 gallon with a divider: males on one side females on the other. 3 additional tanks ( as large as you can fit) for when you pair up and male and female, then let the female live in that tank until she has the babies. Once she does, she goes back in with the adult females. Allow the babies to stay in the tank for a few weeks until the start getting some size on them. Use the 30 with a divider to place the babies in: males on one side and females on the other as soon as you can sex them out of the smaller tanks. If 2 females drop within a few days of each other you can combine the babies for growth oin one tank and start another batch in the now empty tank. You will have to cull damaged or deformed fish early so as to have room to grow them to a saleable size.

I even have breed them assorted cases. you may placed some plant life in so the fry can conceal and a good filter out so they wont get sucked up interior the filter out. Mine continually look to love hiding interior the graval or in floating plant life. be careful it fairly is doesnt get too overpopulated(I shop a goldfish in with mine becuz I could many)
