ok here is my skincare regimen:
wash face everyday
exfoliate twice per week
mousturize daily
tinted mousturizer
my problem is my face always looks dead! how do I make it look brighter and more dewy and fresh! i dont want to go out and buy expensive stufff, home remedies are the best for me. SOO please help!

Spend less time in front of the mirror. Go outside and do
things,summer's here. It may or may not help your color,
but either way you sound like you need to get a little perspective. Unless you're covered with acne,things could be a lot worse where your skin is concerned.

Use baking powder before and then put on your makeup.

use proactive for clear skin and covergirl make-up to bring out your color!
