You may recognize me from earlier today, and now I got the wired connection working on my router (by downloading a new driver for it). Now i need to make it recognize my wireless card. The card is already installed and is in the cpu, but i have no clue how to link them. I created a network but i don't know how to bring the card and router into the network. Also (if this helps) whenever i look at the list of cpu hardware, it shows the card, but with an exclamation point over it and it says something like "This device is working properly, but my not run correctly" and it says "Error 10". Pleaaassseee help me! I've been trying to figure this out for the past 2 days!

first get the error message to go away; I suspect the wireless card is not properly inserted; power down, reseat it, power back up and reload the driver. It must be proper.

Once it is OK, you need to configure the wireless card to work with your network using the preshared key, and encryption that you set up on the router. Also the MAC address validation must be implemented so the wireless MAC address has to be entered in the router; take the time to do this properly; what is set on the router has to be set on the wirless card on pc or you will not get it to work.
