i have gnats all in my house i can't even eat i have to eat on my porch! please help what can i do?????

Spray. Check for overripe fruit or unemptied trash and get rid of it.
Also try to find out where they are breeding- sometimes it's in the sink drains.

A two pronged approach. First empty trash,m get it out of living area. Place new trash bag with a piece of ripe banana, or other fruit. Let it set overnight. In morning close the top of the bag quickly, and take it outside. Open bag and empty, or throw it out. Second, use your vacuum to suck the little buggers up wherever they land around the house. Repeat these processes as many times as it takes.

They must have source for food. Do you have empty pop cans in bags, or fruit sitting out. Eliminate the food and spray the little fukkers. They serve no useful purpose that I am aware of.

they are very attracted to fruit, so put any fruit away. They don't live long so if you take away their food source they will die and more won't come back unless they have something to eat.
