EVERYTHING. Growing up really makes you miss the simplicity and innocence of being a kid. I purchased my first home when i was 23. i grew up quick and wish i had taken the time to slack off a bit. I grew up in the greatest neighborhood with a big click of friends since i was 5..we have so many memories from our childhood all the way into highschool.people grow up and let life take them in differnt directions. Friends like that are hard to come by. Those where the wonder years!

In part, what I miss about being a child is not fully understanding how hard my parents worked to give me meals, clothing, toys, and shelter...but feeling safe just knowing that it was there.

I miss my 2 brothers who departed from this earth far too soon.

I miss becoming a perfect child around the 23rd of December, so that Santa Claus would bring all of the things that I had hoped for.

I miss running playing, hiding, laughing, growing, exploring and dreaming.

It's funny how.we don't realize the beauty of childhood until we are fully grown.

I miss everything about my childhood! Riding bikes, playing hide and go seek! LOL I was in rush to become grown but really don't know why cause I do is work, go to school and come home to my boring bf. When I was a kid innocent things were so fun! And yes If I could I would defiantly do over

I miss being worry free. The days when the worst thing that happened was you were told "No". Being able to rely on my parents to have all the answers and make everything better. Not worrying about money. I'd love to go back and enjoy all the silly little things that children take for granted. Wouldn't that be nice?

I miss spending weekends and summers with my grandparents. Helping (getting in the way) my grandpa feed the animals, gather eggs and all that farmy stuff. I miss playing dress up because now when I do it, I am the one that has to pick it all up. I miss playing in my sandbox and catching fireflies. I miss playing football and hide and go seek with the other kids in the neighborhood. I miss learning to read. It made me feel so grown up.

i miss that when your little the only problem you had was not being able to reach the cookie jar and the only thing that made you made was having to take a bath and homework was coloring things in and when anything you could do was a major accomplishment to you and even when it was raining it was still a nice day out when other people and clothes didnt matter and when no one had a negative opinion on you ahh the old days.... ♥

I still remember lying on a blanket in the grass looking up at the sky under a try at the clouds rolling past and the wind blowing gently over my face. I had no worries.

I always loved coloring - a new color book & a fresh box of crayons & I was in heaven! Now that I have a 4 year old daughter - I get to re-live that part of my childhood by coloring with her!

When I was little me and my sister would put as much covers and pillows on the stairs as we could and we would slide and roll (the stairs were rug so it was safe) down them all day long but know that were getting older it's kind of pointless. I still miss it.
