Why is myspace popular and have a lot of people attrackted to myspace like my sister. Shes is addicted to myspace it's like thats her world or some thing.

it is very easy to make an account on myspace so nearly everyone has one
and if your friends have one, you're kind of under pressure to get one yourself
sometimes, if you can't catch a person on Aim, you leave a message and they can get back to you later
with the album feature, you can show off how much fun you are having with your friends
A lot of people just think Tom is hot
it's a good way to meet new people, make new relationships
without putting yourself in danger
You can keep in touch with school mates...facebook does that too
It's an easy way to download all your favorite music
People can show off their creativity by decorating their profiles
Guys can look at pics of hot chicks. (I'm not a guy)
A person can rise in popularity
basically, there is something in myspace for everyone
but there are its dangers too...like imposters, spammers, hackers, or child molesters, so people have to be very careful
and its a big distraction from homework

Well, you kind of get hooked looking for people you know. And it's kind of cool to see people you know, on other people's pages. There are bulletin boards you can post jokes, cartoons, surveys, etc and there are music bands that will post things to let you know when their albums will be out, etc. It's also fun to personalize your page the way you want. That is why I like my page. It can get boring because all of the surveys and jokes kind of get recycled over and over.

I was that same way.
it was because i really didn't have anything to do. i would spend hours and hours on it, but i grew out of it I'm sure she will too.

yea i have been wondering the same thing 1 of my friends can spend all day on myspace, idk wat they do that long on there. i just go on sometimes to check coments n friends requests
