Go jogging. Do some aerobics. Do not put so much dressings on your salads. This will drop alot of weight.

Since you are over 16, are you able to join a gym? Something like Curves may work for you. It's about $300 for the whole year and I think if your Mom joins as well, they give a discount for a parent/child thing. Working out 3 times a week with the aerobic/weight thing and then on the other days doing some cardio like swimming, running, or walking at a quick pace. Keep eating normally so that your intake is the same, just your level of activity increases.

Go to; Weight Watchers is A very healthy diet ,They can put you on all vegetable diet, if that is what you like. Plenty of walking lots of watter, please no drinking pop not even the ones with artificial sweeteners. Eat some nuts, milk and cheese in your diet. Eat small helpings ,and have snacks in between some kind of low calorie raw vegetables. These small snacks keep your body working better. You will usually loose 1 or 2 pound a week. Slow does the trick and weight will stay off better. Should see doctor before starting any diet. Start off walking one mile and increase a little ever week. This walking will really take off the weight. Queen Bee

Steroids are very hard to recover from. You might not make it back to flying shape. Would you still cheer if that was the case?

If so, start working out and be thinking about what other role you can take on the squad. (I was your size and I based. That worked out well because we didn't have any really tall back spots.)

well, diet and exerise never fail.
I hope you choose a healthy way to do this, but also remember that it's not always about weight.
I'm a base in cheer, and I understand that flying requires being light.
but weight isn't the end or beginning of the world.
