Yes!!! Even if you have oily skin (if that's the case, get an oil free moisturizer). Your skin needs moisture. It's best to start while you're young, so you wont get wrinkles. I've been moisturizing my face since I was probably 15...I swear I have the skin of a 12 year old, haha. Try something with an SPF. Clinique makes some really good moisturizers...I've used them, and a bunch of other kinds, but I always go back to Oil of Olay. I don't know why, it's just what works best for me.

It's a good idea to put moisturizer on your face. When you wash your face, it becomes really dry. For me, I find that I break out if I don't wash my face and moisturize every day

Hope this helps!

YES!! Even if you have oily skin. Find an oil-free moisturizer I use either Oil of Olay or Mary Kay. Your skin needs the replenishing after cleaning and sun this is the only way it will rehydrate and stay smooth longer.

Depends - how long do you want your skin to look good?
You should have a face wash, toner, sunscreen and moisturizer for your skin type.
Wash, tone, and sunscreen, in AM.
Wash, tone, and moisturize in PM.
Exfoliate 1-3 x a week, depending on skin type.

Of course! You should use moisturize all over. It helps to prevent wrinkles and premature aging. Some people actually have break outs from lack of moisture. Just be careful when choosing one for your face. pick one thats right for your skin type

Yes, absolutely. I use POND'S dry skin cream all over my face everyday when I get out of the shower. It also doesn't clog pores, and it works GREAT.
