Trevor Harley Bayliss is the new Coach of Sri Lankan National Cricket Team. He will take over as their Coach in August,2007.
Trevor Harley was born ON December 21, 1962 in Goulburn. He is a former cricketer for New South Wales and their current coach. In his playing days he was a right handed middle order batsman who in 1989-90 scored 992 runs at 55.11 which earned him his side's 'Players' Player of the Year' award.
He replaced Steve Rixon as NSW coach in 2004-05 and led the state to the Pura Cup final where they defeated Queensland by 1 wicket. They couldn't defend the trophy the following season but did win the ING Cup.
