No where.
No Valid and Respectable Master's Program will accept anyone who is not substantially finished with a Bachelors degree. Some will allow concurrent registration to begin a Masters program while you complete a Bachelors, but will not confer a Masters without the Bachelors. (If they will, then they are neither valid nor respectable.)
However, many valid and respectable Masters programs will be free - if you have done exceptionally well in your Bachelors program, you should receive a stipend and tuition waiver for grad school... in other words, free for you to attend, and they will pay you enough to live an impoverished, bohemian grad student life-style.

You may be able to enrol in a dual degree program, that lets you get your bachelor's and master's at the same time. That may be the closest you can get to getting into a master's program without a BA or BS first (but you will still be getting your BA along the way).
As for getting it free, someone suggested that you work for a company with a tuition reimbursement program, and that is most likely the closest you can get to a free program, unless you are able to win a full scholarship.

To get a VALID, RESPECTABLE Masters Degree, go to college, get a bachelors, then go on to obtain a masters. Its called honest hard work - but its the only way to earn a valid respectable degree - why would you want anything less? You would only be cheating yourself in the long run.

My brother was accepted into the MBA program of a private, accredited college that has an impeccable reputation....because of his extensive experience on the job, they considered that in lieu of a bachelor's degree. He did not, however, secure any grants or scholarships to attend this MBA program, so it is not for FREE.
I do believe with the right creditials, and a business that is willing to invest in you, you might be able to matriculate into an MBA program or other business related or computer related master's program, and have your employer pay for it, with a stipulation that you remain employed with them for "x" number of years....without a bachelor's degree, but I think getting both is few and far between, but NOT impossible.
I will list the school where my brother is getting his MBA below, albeit, not for free.

No where. Its not possible to get a legitimate masters degree without paying for it. Anyone who has an education is not going to give it away for free. Why do you thinkg Universities are so expensive? Because thats where you have to go to get the education you want. There is not a real place to get it without a bachelors degree and especially not for free. Search Yahoo! for online school fruad. You will quickly see what I am talking about. Good Luck.

You have to have a bachelors degree before you can get a masters. Just like you have to have a high school diploma before starting college.

The only way I know of is like an honorary thing. If you have ever seen the movie Lorenzo's Oil or Something The Lord Made you will understand/get my drift. In both cases honorary degrees were given to extraordinary men. They were respected and valid, but not exactly free....they had to put in studying time and get recognized.

Nothing is free. And I think a pre-requisite to any graduate program is a bachelors degree. Even universities in 3rd world countries have that requirement.
And if you mean free as in you don't pay any form of currency, there are scholaships.

First of all, your Yahoo! name is awesome. Secondly, you cannot get a Master's without having a Bachelor's.
