You do not have a coin but a medal. It should have a bust of Washington on the obverse and on the reverse is 2 hands shaking and a peace pipe. It is probably about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. It is a modern mint copy of an Indian Peace medal. A lot were minted in the 1960's. It may even have a D mint mark on it. If this is not the case it is still a medal and you need to give diameter as well as what is exactly on each side for me to help further.
