Good question they are both so talented I would say JD cause his beats don't sound the same like you can tell in the first 30sec of a timberland produced the song. JD changes it up alot more and still has unique qualities that make him stand out.

They're both good but Timbaland is hotter at the moment! And JD produced Janet Jackson's last album-20 Years Old which sucked except for "Call On Me"!

Overall Jermaine Dupri, would be my choice, but I love a lot of Ginuwine's, work, and much of it, was produced by Timberland. However it is difficult, to compare the two. They are uniquely, different.

Summer love is fire. I don't recall a JD beat that comes close to that. And then you have Scott Storch who makes real fire. But it's really you're personal preference.
