I'm British and you bet I'm proud!!!!!

Wish some of you guys would lighten up a bit, and learn some History....... Our Empire was tiny compared to the Romans! and there's no Country in the world that hasn't been 'invaded' by others at some point in it's History! Including US!!!!!!

Ummm... No. The education system is in shambles, the NHS has more holes than the M1, too much "culture" and languages. Walk to the town centre and you'd think you're in a Bangledesh flee market. Governement is a joke. All the parties. Scotland takes advantage of England and Britain too much. One rule for them another for us. And anyway what is British. This country is so full of Eastern Europeans one would think theyre in Poland. Theres no such thing any more. Its to diverse to be classed.

I`m not British - I am English - British is too vague.(and European).

You dont have to be a football hooligan to be proud of being English.

No, but I am not ashamed either. I see my nationality and ethnicity as part of who I am. What I am proud or ashamed of is the things I have done personally. A nation is just a collection of individuals!

im not sure to be honest after what Blair has put this country through. I am proud in the sense that i am a british citizen and we beat the germans during the war. It took a lot of guts ad determination on our part.

The germans on here are going to hate me now..... oops.
