you should try to get something down. I went through the same thing around that time, now I'm 14 weeks and chowing down!

You should eat something even if it's a small portion. Something with protein or a glass of milk. Anything that can fill you up, but not to the point where you feel sick. Even though your only 7 weeks along the baby still needs those nutrients. Try as hard as you can.

I had that problem, only I was soooo sick too. I would vomit at the site of food. I knew it was really bad when I was thumbing through the phone book and the smell made me gag! Now that is BAD! Anyway, I finally had to call my doc. You do need to eat only if it's something small like a bowl of cereal or some rice. Good Luck-I'm right there with ya!

Yes, you should eat ,but don't worry that is normal .That happened to me with my third pregnancy and also I didn't gain any weight until I was 4 months . The doctor told me that because your body is changing and its working hard you might don't feel hungry , but you should eat at least your three meals and 2 snacks ,they don't have to be big ,just something that you enjoy and don't make you sick .Take your pre-vitamins everyday too ,that is important ,especially is you don't eating right ,,Take care ,,Good luck

i know how you feel, I am now 6 months pregnant and hardly have an apetite...and when I do, I am so picky about what I want that I'll get frustrated and not want anything at all! But you MUST eat something, even if it's something little....force yourself to eat a little hear and there...if you feel you cannot eat meals right now..don't....just do like slices of cheese...grapes...sliced apples w/ peanut butter....a glass of milk or OJ....try those...hope I helped! GOod luck and Congrats!

Yes, you should eat even thought you are not hungry. Make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamins and iron pills if needed. How do you expect your baby to grow if you are not getting the nutrients you and the baby need?

Yes try drinking some OJ or eating a salad.
Anything that sounds good.Better then not eating anything at all. It's common to stop eating in the early stages.

Yeah you should try to eat something and when you do try to keep it healthy since you don't eat much. The baby needs nourishment in order to grow healthy.

YES, You have to keep your nutrients up so to speak. If you don't eat your baby could be come malnourished. The gets what they need from you. If you don't eat the baby is going to pull what he/she needs from you anyway. Please see a doctor they can advise much better than we can.
