It's been rated PG-13, according to multiple sources, which I've cited below:

It doesn't say it yet, but the news have been saying it's PG-13 for awhile. PG-13 mostly for bringing in the younger crowd =( Personally, I think it can't truely be a "Die Hard" unless it's an R.
