check the box on your condom - I think they are about 98% effective. You're asking a lot of questions, so if you are so scared about getting pregnant then maybe you should think about it some more...

The condom is 98% effective against pregnancy the 2% comes from the condom breaking or not put on properly so it leaks out some semen... with the pill as an addition then the 2 combined are 100% effective-

If it doesn't break then its something like 99.8 percent, and the 0.2 is just to give them legal protection!

If the condom breaks thats a whole other issue, depending whether you are at a fertile stage in your cycle and on how much pre-semen and semen escapes!

If you don't put on the condom properly, it makes the likelyhood of breakages much greater as little air bubbles can make it pop, or it can slip off or anything.

And even if you do put it on properly, its not always safe! Ive had to experiences of hm breakingand having to take a morning after pill!

If you want to be safe, use extrasafe condoms, which are a little thicker, and use the morning after opill if theres any doubt, ie if you arent just about to have your period or you haven't just had it!

Condoms are not 100% reliable. But if used properly, they can reduce the chances of pregnancy by more than 95%. There is no remedy that is 100% reliable other than abstinence.

Condoms are 99% eaffective I believe all on their own. Breaking, a little leakage out the back, slipping off inside (a friend had that happen to her!). A lot can happen actually. I suggest double protection of a condom and the pill if you can.

Normally very slim. But accidents can happen. If it breaks or not on all the way or if it has a hole in it. There were condoms recalled in N.Y. ( I believe) because they had a hole in them and people got pregnant. The best thing is to use a condom and birth control.

anytime you have sex you run the risk of getting pregnant. i don't care what type of "birth control" you use. it can happen.
question?
why have sex if you are soooo worried about getting pregnant? that takes the romance out of it.
wait till you get married so you won't have to be so worried.
