At this point, there's such a severe shortage of pharmacists that as long as the school is fully accredited, you're fine.

Although Nova Southeastern is not ranked among the best colleges in the US, the pharmacy school is fully accredited and is a member of the Association of American Colleges of Pharmacy. If you graduate from Nova with a PharmD you will be eligible to take all the examinations to become a licensed pharmacist in the USA.

It is a tough curriculum, but a rewarding career. Good luck!

I think you're referring to Nova Southeastern University-Ft. Lauderdale FL? I've heard it's a pretty decent school. I'm looking into their D.O. program myself. I have a US News Guide and they are in the guide, but not ranked with the top schools. But sometimes that doesn't matter. What I'm looking for is a good learning atmosphere, caring faculty, research opportunity, and a good facility. From what I heard, Nova has all these things. Good luck
