Sixteen is considered to be underage in most states. Does your mom know you are pregnant? Do you know that your bf is facing rape charges if your mom wants to file them? Is this why you want to leave so bad? Talk to your mom. BF's come and go, but you only get one mom.

Sweet Pea, you need to talk to your Mom and work it out. She only wants what is best for you. Obviously becoming pregnant at 16 is going to hurt her, bad. Only because she wants your life to be as good as it possibly can and having a child at 16 is a HUGE responsibility, one that a 16 year old is no where near ready for. I know you don't want to hear it, but the BF is NOT going to stick around. Technically he can be charged with statutory rape. You are not old enough to legally consent to sex. You may not realize it until you are MUCH MUCH older, but your Mom is going to be the only one that is going to be there for you, no matter what, no matter how mad she seems on the outside.

16 is age of consent here so its not really illegal, but i doubt you can legally move out, if you want you could try to get her to let you move in with your 18 y.o. boyfriend im not sure if it will work or not, but if she will you need to get her to sign a paper saying that she agrees to let you live with him otherwise she can call you a runaway or abductee and have him arrested

no, you can't legally move out. I hope your mom doesn't tell you to leave, that is really mean if she does! do you have someone more supportive that you would want to live with? A grandmother or aunt or something?

You legally cannot move out. However, if your mom would be willing to emancipate you then you could. BUT, you hvae to decide where you would live, what you would do (job, etc), how to afford such things, school, so on and so forth.

Parents raise their babies, hoping everyday that they make good choices for themselves when they grow older. When your children make bad choices, like getting pregnant at 16, it hurts them. Try not being selfish and put yourself in your mothers shoes. Try to start thinking about your future and make better choices. The choices you make today will effect you for the rest of your life

once you are 18 years old you are considered a legal adult and you can vote therefore you can move out on your own if you are ready ypur parents cannot say no because you are your own self now!

well you cant legally move out unless you go to court and be emancipated which in your case is probably impossible since you preg. you'll prob. just have to deal with it.
