Y!A itself is sort of like walking the halls of high school. There's a lot of junk, but there's also a lot of great people. I try to make every Q and A count that I ask and give, and I do joke around as best as I can with the people I know that are joking around. It's the people that make this place what it is, not yahoo. The great people I've met through this site mean the world to me :)

At last count 1 in 4 answers being deleted and 1 in six questions. I have just about had it!

I do this for entertainment and to practice my typing and grammer skills. I refuse to let a box with some keys on it get the best of me! I enjoy reading the questions more then answering them. I have to answer them because this is like a game to me! I am up to level 5 and need like a zillion answers to get to level 6. I do like the idea of out of 40 million people that I would get a best answer now that just tickles me somehow. lol.

you know..everytime I sign in here..I have this assumption that it probably will be the last time I sign in...its like so many people get deleted I always think I am next in line....
& ahhhh I will be so disappointed especially since I made it this far & they just snatch it away from you...
as for you I can't believe the moment u make level 5..they suspend you !! wow..

It keeps me sane. All those little irritating questions that one thinks of on a daily basis...almost all the time answered.
For instance, what are the character names of the women in 'The Golden Girls'?
Plus I had bronchitis again for the fifth time in a year a month ago. Answers helped to pass the unwanted time I had on my hands. :)

I think it is better than playing a game like a lot of my friends are doing right now. I think there are a lot of intelligent people involved and the topics can be interesting or just plain entertaining.

I like to explore and find interesting questions and people that challenge me to think.
Some become good friends, others just casual here on answers.
In either case, I find it meaningful and enjoy it and the people I connect with here.
