This has been bugging me for a long time.

I came across a 360 page of someone
who's also into tickling women.

Problem is,
the first few posts of his blog
included details
of what is clearly abuse.

It may not be sexual to him,
but it is pretty much considered sexual abuse.

He talked about how he got
into tickling as a kid...
but the problem is,
it included stories
one of which is about when he
was a camp counsellor,
he and his friends tied up
a teenage girl in the woods and tickled
her for quite sometime.

Now maybe it's true,
and maybe it isn't.

He says it is.
And if so, it's sexual abuse.

I can't imagine how traumatised she must've been.

Anyway, how do I go about reporting
him to the relevant authorities?
I'm from a different country,
so I'm not familiar with the procedure
when it comes to his country.

Any help would be much appreciated.

"Dog Lover",
you're missing the point.

The incidents I'm referring
to are the ones involving MINORS
who were FORCIBLY
tied up and abused.

24 years on the job, eh?

It's time you got a new job.

Oh and by the way,
what the hell does this have to
do with his friends' blogs?

Lastly,
in case you haven't yet
noticed (because you're obviously an idiot),
I HAVE A TICKLING FETISH.

I just don't abuse children.

"Dog Lover",

here are a few excerpts from his first blog post:

"Summer camp was a real fantasy for me. As a camp counselor, I manipulated the other kids to do, or help me do my tickles on many an unsuspecting girl at the camp. Sometimes it was another female counselor, and sometimes it was one of the female campers..."

"For fun, I tried manipulating a couple of the guys to help me with a certain female counselor, and we would grab her, hold her down and just tickle the daylights out of her. Sometimes, I would walk a girl into the woods for some private time, and it ended up with her being tied to a tree, and my campers would sneak up late in the night and help me tickle torture her. She would be gagged of course. We wouldn’t want to wake up the whole camp, now would we?"

and a few more excerpts from his first post:

"On a few separate occasions, we would use it as a form of punishment for a very unruly female camper. She would be brought to the central part of camp, tied to the flagpole sitting on the ground, and I would remove her shoes and socks, and start tickling her feet, then I would tell the entire camp it was their duty to help her see the evils of her ways. So it ended up being a free for all for about 15 minutes with most everyone getting a chance to tickle the poor girls feet. Some tickled her knees, sides and ribs as well. (When I tell of tickles, there are many occasions where I refer to tickling of the feet, since that is my favored place to tickle. But I as well as others I’m writing about, tickle all the other usual ticklish areas as well.) These particular sessions were reserved for the ones that were so bad it was either tickle her, or send her home. That is how bad they needed it. Usually, after that particular session...

"We quietly crept up to her and pounced! We dragged her along the ground by her ankles, and found a good-sized tree and pulled her up to it and secured her legs around the trunk tying her ankles together in the back. Then we grabbed her hands and tied them together and with a long rope pulled it tightly and tied it up to a lower tree branch effectively keeping her arms way over her head. We were all wearing scary masks and black hoodies and stuff so she didn’t know who we were....

"By the time we got within 5 feet of her she was sobbing to herself," Oh NO! They’re gonna tickle me! Please God! Don’t let them tickle me! You know how I hate to be tickled. !" I mean she sounded like she had a real phobia against being tickled. This was gonna be REALLY fun, then!...

"We probably tickled the hell out of her nonstop for at least an hour"

and lastly,
the admission:

"I know many of you reading this are apprehensive and think this is all fiction, but I assure you it is not."

Tickling may or may not be abuse, it all depends on whether all participants are willing, how it's done, and the conditions in which it is done.

If, for instance, the person is being tickled enough to have trouble breathing, that's abuse.

It's possible that the person is a molester and is using tickling as a way to "groom" a child, preparing him or her for more sexual acts.

However, it's also possible this person is simply into BDSM (Bondage, Domination, Submission, and Machocism), which in controlled situations where everyone (being adults) is willing, is not abuse (albeit controversal in some circles).

If your gut is telling you it's abuse, it's best to notify the local authorities. I could not find his location, so instead you should go to the link in my source and follow the instructions for notifying Yahoo. They will have more information than you, including where he lives and who the local authorities are.

First.... its a blog... its not some thing that is happening. And what ever is happening, which it seems these people have a tickle and foot fetish, if it is between consenting adults... it is NOT A CRIME!

Have you read some of his contacts blogs? The females? Into all the same stuff... Pain and torture.....

You need to find other things to read. Just because you do not like it does not constitute a crime.

Call the local authorities and tell what you have written here. It would then be up to them to follow-up on the information.

Report it to the police. Give them the websight, they should be able to pass the information to the proper authorities.
