If it were my proposal or my company's proposal, I would change the possessive adjective from "this" to "my" or "our."

Either sentence is fine. If you are dealing with a younger, more hip company use the first sentence. If the person you are dealing with is more conservative, use the second one.

If you are directly speaking with the person then"Thank you for considering this proposal" is good.

If you are writing a mail or letter then "Thank you for your consideration of this proposal" is better.

I like Thank you for considering this proposal better-less formal sounding yet professional.

i think "thank you for your consideration of this proposal". it just has that...i don't know, it sounds a bit more professional.

either would do though, probably.
