I dunno,could it just be wishful thinking? I never knew I was pregnant until I missed my period but however, my friends all knew I was pregnant before I did, because apparently 'I looked different'. So although unlikely yes you probably could.

yes you can. I did, i knew my body and knew i felt different. I started cramping in my lower abdomen and thought i was getting cramps. Went to the doc and the nurses there were sooo shocked that I knew cause i was very, very early. I was only 3 weeks.
