if effected by deop aka "the shot" can you ever go back to normal? and how long will it take?

how long will it take to go back to normal and what can you do to help go back to normal?

Yes you do get back to normal eventually. I do know some that have had to go to a fertility specialist because of depo.

After my last depo shot, I started on Kariva (pill) 3 months later when my shot was done.

I've had no side affects and no issues yet, but I'm anxious and scared as to what will happen when I'm off of the pill and try to conceive.

I was on depo for four years and am so glad I am off of it.

there is nothing that you can do, it may take up to 18 months; rarely up to 2 yrs.
