Ainsley (with a long A, Ainz-lee, Ain like in gain)
or
Ansley (with short A, Anz-lee, Ann like the name)

For a girl, Mae or Elizabeth as a middle name.

I want a unique name that it's overly feminine. I want something that has a Celtic feel to it.

I think Ansley Mae is very pretty. It's an uncommon first name, but a very 40's middle name.

Well, even though this was the name of a (female) character on "The West Wing," (Ainsley Hayes, played by "CSI: Miami's" Emily Procter), I don't love it. But...

Of the options you give, I'd go with Ainsley Mae. The two "e" sounds in a row you'd get with Ainsley and Elizabeth back-to-back don't work.

I like Ainsley Grace better still.
