i would think that a count would be more educated in worldly matters.a captain only needs his maps.

Great question - I believe Captain Crunch is younger than Count Chocula but more education so I will say Captain Crunch.

You must pass many tests to become a Captain. A Count on the other hand is born into such a position through blood lines. Based upon these factors my decision goes to the Captain!

You need to be able to pass an aptitude test to be a captain. I don't think the Count is very smart.
