The wireless network you are picking up must be somebody elses nearby as you say you have no phoneline. The have wpa security on it so nobody else can use their internet connection

What you are doing is trying to get onto someone else's wireless without their permission. In the USA that is illegal and you can be fined if caught.

The security key it is asking for is the password the person you are trying to steal a wireless signal from set on his wireless router. You need to ask them what the password is in order to get on. There is nothing to buy.

You are better off going to a starbucks or a WIFI hotspot and getting a wireless signal legally.

You can buy a Vodafone or Orange mobile data PCMCIA card (or get one on a contract) that allows you to get internet on a mobile phone network. Check the signal coverage where you are first. It's an expensive way of doing it, but I did it for 4 years when I lived on a boat in Norfolk!

What you are currently trying to do is illegal and is a form of War driving.

best get a line in if you can or ask who ever has the wireless link if you could share it for a small fee.

you can download a program that can crack the key but you'll have to know much more about computers to be able to use it
