why would you get a refund??? you could get a deposite back, if you did every thing right...30 days after you turned your keys in.......

Depends on the state law of the state in which the apartment complex is located, and whether or not the abide by the laws.
Most state laws give three to four weeks time for either a refund, or a statement of charges against the refund to be delivered.

Varies by state law, im not positive about Georgia, but I would say anywhere from 20 - 60 days.
