I was wondering what the lawn seating was like, can you see at all?

As others have said, it's not too bad. Front of lawn is only about 50 yards away, so you can see, esp w/ binocs.

If it's not raining, and if the sun's not beating down, I actually prefer the lawn for many concerts as you have a little more room and can spread out a little vs. being in the tiny seats.

But if it's a group I wanna see up close and personal, then I'll get good seats.

Lawn is perfect for bands like Jimmy Buffet!

Have a great time!

Well it all depends on who you are going to see. They do have jumbo-trons but usually those are not turned on until after dark so if you were going to a concert like Ozzfest where it is an all day thing, you would not be able to see very well. The lawn isn't to bad as long as it does not rain and people aren't moshing. They will not let you bring lounge chairs or blankets in because at some concerts people start fires, so what I do is get the largest cheap t-shirt that I can find and wear it on top of my clothes. Once I get in the venue, I take it off and sit on it.

They have jumbotrons so you can see what they're doing on stage. You're well more than 100 yards from the stage so just imagine how well you can see things from that distance.
The lawn can be fun, but reserved seating is definitely the best way to go.

It's okay... Not the best, but okay. Sometimes when the show is undersold they'll let people on the lawn take unoccupied seats.
