I don't know what a tatto is. If it's anything like a tattoo, then the answer is no, it's not a good idea.

Most young people I know who get a tattoo say it's because they want to show their individuality. So they go out and do something that EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING!! How does that make you an individual?

If you are already distinguishable from everyone around you, then why do you need a tattoo? So you will have something to regret in a few years?

I am a 35 year old female who takes alot of pride in what she looks like...I wanted to get into modeling but unfortunately because of the tattoos I have on my hand, and arms, thats not gonna happen. I would STRONGLY suggest against getting a tattoo anywhere that a person could see it if you were wearing a pair of shorts and a tshirt. My tattoos that are visible were all originally put on my body between the ages of 17-25 and were not done professionally. If you just HAVE to get another one, please think about it long and hard before deciding because it is a permanent decision. And if you still insist on it, please at least put it on the back of your shoulder,or on your ankle where it can be discreet. Good luck...

No... you shouldn't get a tattoo because you are an idiot... and I'm not being insulting... it can be proved mathematically! Imagine yourself 10 years ago. Were you smart then? No, you made stupid choices and you're much smarter now. The truth is, you're just as stupid now as you were then, but it'll take you 10 years to realize it.

Imagine if you drew a picture on yourself 10 years ago. Would it have been something you still enjoy today? No.

I don't know how old you are, but if you are not a mature adult you should definitely NOT do this. My daughter-in-law had one done when she was 17, and she now HATES it. They are not easy to remove, and can change with weight loss or gain. Why not try a temperory tattoo and see how you like it first. Think long and hard before you do something that will last a life time.

Wait a year or two. Think about it for a year or two, or even longer, and if at the end of that time you STILL desperately want it, then go ahead and get it. You may also want to consider getting it done in Henna just to see how you'd feel about such a tat on your wrist.

Take your time and think about it.

Before you get it done have a look twenty years ahead!!!!!!!! OK how would it look when you're a grandma a few wrinkles the object of your affections is now a distant memory and the wrinkles hide most the letters of his name, so if he was called Brad Pitt some letters would be hidden so now it might read
maybe Bap or Bit or bait hm mm think again hey

It's only a good idea if you're doing it for yourself and not because your friends are getting them. Personally, I don't date girls with tattoos or face piercings. If you want to attract a successful man in the future, you may be limiting your chances by tattooing yourself.

I feel if you really want it, go for it! As long as its not of a lover. And if you do decide to get it make sure you do your homework and find a good person to do it for you, since it will be part of you forever!!

You might end up regretting it. You don't need to go that far to show he's your idol.
