I know men's testerone level is at its highest in the morning. Does that mean he would be more potent? or is nighttime the same?

Studies have shown the men's sperm count is indeed higher during the day. However, couples that have sex only during the day may actually LOWER their chances of conceiving because after intercourse it is recommended that a woman lay still for at least half an hour. After daytime sex the woman would have a tendency to get up and do things, whereas, after sex at night you typically go to sleep so you are laying still for a longer period of time.

It really doesn't matter what time of day you have sex when it comes to conceiving. The testosterone spike in the morning makes men more likely to want sex, but does not have an effect on sperm count.
