E. It depends on who, what, when, where, how and why.
-Who are you with?
-What are you in the mood for?
-When do you want it? (Golden arches fast, or fine dining slow)
-Where (or how far) are you willing to travel?
-How (much money do you have in you pocket?
-Why are you dining out in the first place (birthday, bored, etc...)
I would choose "A" because; with only a few choices, the food consistency will be there and the prices should be cheaper (fewer items purchased + higher volume purchased = lower food costs)
I would choose "B" because
i would be in a rush and couldn't wait for food to be prepared to order.
I would choose "C" if I had the time, the money and the occasion to celebrate
And finally, I would choose "D" if I (or someone I was with) were on a diet / health conscious and we were out on a special occasion
The best advice for choosing any restaurant is a combination of word of mouth, what your in the mood for, and how much $$$ you have in your pocket

a chum of mine kin has a farm right here in Australia, they breed farm animals for promoting. They consume clean cow meat on the farm and take steaks domicile as a results of fact they stay interior the city. The style is extraordinary. this is the excellent style you will ever get. as quickly as you have tried cows meat direct from the farmers you will no longer decide to bypass lower back to the food market and butcher lower back to purchase your steaks. I recommend touch farmers on your area and notice if there's a eating place set up in this form, or in case you could bypass to the farm and take a check out a pair of steaks, needless to say you will tell them which you would be able to pay what ever it expenses.
