Who's gotten pregnant the 1st month off birth control? And when exactly did you get your positive result?
How many weeks or days since the last pill did you take a test and got a positive?

I got pregnant my first cycle off the pill. I took the test the day my period should have come and it was positive.

I got pregnant the first month off the pill. I took the test the day after I should have gotten my period and it was positive. That would have been 29 after my last pill.

I got pregnant after being off the pill for just a week with my 2nd and 3rd. Both times I could not get a positive test for about 4 weeks or the week I would have started my period.

I got pregnant while ON the pill! I knew it somehow, so stopped taking them and tested postive the first day of when my period should have been.
Ive also gotten pregnant 2 months after a miscarriage.
Shoot, I thought I was the most fertile woman around untill trying for this last baby. 2 years and still trying. Spending LOADS on fertile meds!

I missed 2 days of taking the pill in Oct and got pregnant. I didn't find out until the first week in Dec, but I'm sure I could have found out 5 days before my next period on Nov. 4th.

i went off my birth control and within one week i got pregnant..and to my surprise it was in a hot tube she was conceived...it really just depends on the person and also how long you were on the pill as well...good luck
