I have always liked the full chicken leg, which includes the thigh.
I have found to me personally that this meat is always the most moist and succulent part of a chicken, I find that the chicken breast can be a bit dry and claggy if you no what I mean, it tends to dry up your mouth and becomes essential that you wash your mouth out with a drink of anything you like in order to swallow

I like all parts of the fried chicken each has its own flavor..... If I have half a chicken the order I eat it in is.... leg, wing, thigh, breast.

I prefer the chicken leg. But certain meals or casseroles ar e better with chicken breast.
