vicious rumor.....the 7th book is going to be released in a month and is under heavy guard.

You can't. JKR and her publishers do not want the books available for downloading and keep a very tight watch on the net to stop piracy.
If you should run into a site claiming to have them for download, it will either be: 1. fan fic. 2. pirated, in which case you will get involved in legal difficulties when that site gets clamped down upon.

NO WHERE - currently only a few people have read the book- Jo, her publishers, and the cover artists. The book is under heavy security and no one is willing to give up their career so some people can read it a few weeks before everyone else.

Don't believe what you read. If anyone claims to have the first three chapters, it's just fan fiction. You won't be able to read them until the book is released.
