It is a term used to describe a pathetic loser (usually of the middle management variety) who thinks they have it "all sussed out" and attempt to patronise others.
I reckon your question is a wind-up because the other definition of a douche bag is something a man doesn't actually need to know and if you're a woman, then "hey, nobody uses those anymore"...They were created so women feel awful and "unclean" about their bodies.....
It's a marketing lie and don't you believe it.
If you are a man and you are attempting humour by asking this then: You will find a douche bag by looking in the mirror.......

'nube' or n00b means newbie. Generally this is a term given to people that seem out of the loop of a certain social circle. Douche is the french word for shower. And a Douche Bag is a product used by Ladies to clean their more intimate areas. To be called a Douche, Douche Bag or a n00b by someone in an unplayful manner is a great insult to most people.
