Don't be silly - the (Polish) builders are adding extensions and loft coversions left right & center ..

.. and prices are still going up = in fact, BOE has been raising Base Rates in an effort to curb Inflation :-)

The tourist trade in Whitby is slower than normal probably due to the rising interest rate.

must be just you. can't be a recession with the CPI inflation index at 2.5%
